Salesperson, Tyler, was awesome and did the best possible for the low inventory available. On the second day I was able to buy a new vehicle. Tyler also called on the 3rd day to follow up and to make sure ev for the low inventory available. On the second day I was able to buy a new vehicle. I received and email and text about the exchange program in it basically was false advertisement. I did NOT buy from here I just refinanced my truck that I got for a different car lot. The salespeople are nice - but should they be otherwise ? The finance department reps are very rude, short winded, and add unnecessary fees. If you disagree he will talk over you and won’t shake your hand at The finance department reps are very rude, short winded, and add unnecessary fees. If you disagree he will talk over you and won’t shake your hand at all at the final sale. We travelled to pick the car up and not only was it not ready, it was obviously dirty. We had to wait 1.5 just for them to clean and have the vehicle ready. More
