Rainbow, We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the documents we provided you. We purchase hundreds of cars from customers every year and handle every transaction is the same manner. The documentation that is signed is what is provided by our corporate office and the State of Florida in which there has never been an issue. You are provided a copy of the actual purchase agreement that is sent straight to our accounting department and often checks are provided the same day or next day depending on whether or not there is a Lien on the vehicle. I am sorry that this has led to a negative review considering you had a pleasant experience with the staff and were satisfied with our offer.
