I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with the service that I received. Chevy seemed high on price for their diagnose and recommend that we take it to GMC. If I could go back, I would go back to Chevy in that I received. Chevy seemed high on price for their diagnose and recommend that we take it to GMC. If I could go back, I would go back to Chevy in a heartbeat and pay the more money. Goes back to you get what you pay for. They did a diagnose for around 200 and a video that was about 2 minutes long telling everything that was wrong. The went to fix the first thing and wanted another 570 for two hours to take the starter off and continued with another two separate diagnosed fees. These things were mentioned in the video from the initial diagnosed so I was misled on why I was being ripped off. I’m posting bill and work as well with this review. I’m a single mother with two children and have to work two and a half weeks to pay this bill and yet my car still isn’t fixed. Ask questions and watch out. More

I bought a used2021 Toyota 4 runner from the little over a month ago have taken my 4 runner back 2xs now for the brakes squeaking and they give me every excuse has not fixed the problem my ac and heat has h a month ago have taken my 4 runner back 2xs now for the brakes squeaking and they give me every excuse has not fixed the problem my ac and heat has horrible high pitched noise they won’t fix they pushed me into buying the car refused to let me look at any other car the paperwork is signed 1week before I actually took ownership of the car it’s supposed to be a 26,999 priced car after all warranties I was forced to purchase said it was standard then was charged for maintenance they did the car as well has come out to 35,450 I paid for maintenance delivery fees other dealer things for used car that was brought in why am I paying for maintenance on car that isn’t fixed don’t buy from them the experience was horrible cause here I am with a car that weeks makes got off a noises stent scratches all over it and that’s how I paid for it and I’m still having to finance $24,000 when I should’ve never had to and I put 16,000 down they don’t talk to you about anything. They rush you through the process and the experience and they don’t care if you wanna look at another car and they don’t care to fix the problems I shouldn’t have to pay for the maintenance and the delivery fee when it was already on their lot. There’s a difference because it’s not like it was a brand new car the worst experience in the world if you are a female, do not go there More
