My experience with them was not the best. I am happy with the car I bought but the process was longer than it needed be. To begin with, the salesperson had the price of the car wrong on quote I am happy with the car I bought but the process was longer than it needed be. To begin with, the salesperson had the price of the car wrong on quote sheet and seemed unaware of their online price. Once the price was agreed, I spent over 2 hours for them to complete paperwork and listen to the maintenance agreement package. I told the finance guy from the beginning that I wasn't going to buy a maintenance package but he just kept on going wasting my time. The last thing was the optional package that they try to force you into buying. Optional means I can say I don't want it as it added an additional 1500 dollars to the price. I recently found out my brother bought a car from there as well. It's a great car he said but he went through the same stuff I mentioned above. More
