Sloppy, need attention to details Scheduled simple oil change and 45k mile check-up. Scheduling was easy. Oil change, systems check, tire rotation and alignment took nearly 3 hours. Tire pressure warning light was not reset following service. Had to return 2x to get it to stay reset. Left plastic and floor liner in car following service. On a positive note, staff was friendly, courteous, and apologetic for tire light situation and compensated me for my lost time and inconvenience. A little better efficiency and attention to the little details would go along way in improving the customer experience. More

New Car Purchase I have never considered a Mazda until I saw the CX 30 commercial on TV. I went to Bradshaw's website, and actually liked the CX 5 better. I submitte I have never considered a Mazda until I saw the CX 30 commercial on TV. I went to Bradshaw's website, and actually liked the CX 5 better. I submitted an online request and was contacted by Richard Lovedahl the next morning. I test drove the car on my lunch break, and after work I picked it up. It was the easiest process ever! I spent a total of one hour in the dealership! Richard was very knowledgeable, and he listened to what I wanted and never tried to sell me above my means. There was no pressure, and signing the docs was effortless. This is hands down the best car buying experience ever, and my Mazda is the most amazing car ever! More

Jeff and the Service Dept Manager didn't have a problem with it. They were able to complete all the work I requested and then some. Great people doing great maintenance and service. Overall very good Friendly, prompt service. Just one hour for Oil change/tire rotation & recall check which is very quick compared to other dealerships. Only 2 things k Friendly, prompt service. Only 2 things keep me from giving 5 stars: $90 for Oil change and tire rotation is expensive compared to other dealerships. Free or discounted maintenance service should be included with leased vehicles. Also, no weekend service hours makes it less convenient to schedule timely service. More

Leasing a new car Darrius and Yassir were our sales contacts. They were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and addressed all our needs. There were no surprises!! We did have an issue with the length of time it took to complete all the paperwork. Especially since I was asked the day before to fill out the credit report, send a picture of my driver’s license, insurance card and registration. By doing this, I was told that would speed up the process. Three hours is a long time and I strongly recommend that the powers at be address the issue. Shortening the length of time will lend to a more pleasant experience. More
