Friendly staff and fast service I needed to have an airbag replaced due to a recall. I had never been to Bradshaw Mazda before. I was able to make my appointment online. Sloppy, need attention to details Scheduled simple oil change and 45k mile check-up. Scheduling was easy. Oil change, systems check, tire rotation and alignment took nearly 3 hours. Tire pressure warning light was not reset following service. Had to return 2x to get it to stay reset. Left plastic and floor liner in car following service. On a positive note, staff was friendly, courteous, and apologetic for tire light situation and compensated me for my lost time and inconvenience. A little better efficiency and attention to the little details would go along way in improving the customer experience. More
