Recent customer to Mazda in last 12 months, great experience We bought a 2018 CX-5 in early July 2019. Have visited only a few times for service since we are relatively new with the car but the entire staff hav We bought a 2018 CX-5 in early July 2019. Have visited only a few times for service since we are relatively new with the car but the entire staff have been fantastic. I understand they may be going through a remodel of the office soon but I will say that does not matter to me. The customer waiting area is very accommodating and the service folks are great to work with regardless of the reason to be there (recall, small cosmetic issue (not their fault, car wash issue), oil change, etc.) Do yourself a favor and use them for service. You will not be disappointed. More
