Staff immediately available, eager and ready to help and get going, performed jobs I asked for, no sales pitches on repairs, just what we did and what we recommend for next time step by step. My car was well taken care of. Exactly what I'm looking for in a service department for my vehicles. More
Very enjoyable Took my wife's car in for a recall on passenger air bag and a lower control arm campaign. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I was made to feel as important as any other person there. I was impressed they took the time to do an inspection above doing the work that was asked. They advised me as to issues that were found and I was not coerced into making the repairs there. Overall this is a very nice punctual dealership. More

He was very knowledgeable about the MX-5 Miata having personally owned the car previously and introduced me to all the key features. He showed me some great tips on certain functionality and driving experience that aren't things you can find in standard documentation or even online reviews. He was highly responsive during the negotiation phase as well. I also appreciated that Bradshaw Mazda's website was accurate with lots of specs/details and reflected current inventory given that I traveled from outside the state. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I've had. Highly recommended. Thank you! More
CX-5 Purchase It had been quite some time since I had purchased a new car (my last purchase was a 2008 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring model) and a recent accident more It had been quite some time since I had purchased a new car (my last purchase was a 2008 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring model) and a recent accident more or less force me into the purchase of a replacement vehicle. I considered the used marketplace and found that used Mazdas hold their value rather well. I wanted to compare the financing options of a used Mazda CX-5 against that of a new vehicle. I happened upon Bradshaw Mazda. Bradshaw took over the prior John Finger dealership where I had my CX-9 serviced on previous occasions. Upon pulling into the customer parking space I exited my vehicle and am pleased to say that I was not immediately pounced upon by a sales person! I caught Richard Lovedahl as he appeared to walking toward the inventory of cars when I asked whether or not Bradshaw had any financing incentives available for the purchase of a 2019 Mazda CX-5. The rest, as they say, is history. An unbelievably great experience! No pressure or arm bending to get me into a 'deal'. Nothing appeared to be too much to ask of Richard! I am in my 70's and I must say that in all my years of purchasing cars I have never been more pleased than the experience at Bradshaw Mazda and Richard Lovedahl! Richard really KNOWS his Mazdas! While I was completing the paperwork with the ever affable Andy Brand, Richard was already schooling my wife on all the new features of the interior cabin of the CX-5. The amount of information Richard knows about the specific features of each item is, frankly, overwhelming! Kudos to Bradshaw Mazda for having Richard Lovedahl on their sales team! More

The service manager taking care of me new the problem based on my description, verified that it was what he thought while they were taking care of the recall, and was able to fix the problem. This is the first time I have given a negative review but something is always lacking with each service( reset functions) Communication, 2 tires or 4, nothing written in my file but recommended... the service dept from the people who answer to the service guys is poor all around, plastic and paper floor mats left in the car at pick up etc... 300,000 Mile Routine Maintenance Just rolled over 300K on my 2005 Mazda 6. The service team here has been looking after all of our Mazda's since 1994. Couldn't be happier with them. Proffesional and couteous. Was out in a short time. I thought the service was good but the price excessive. I also had work done I my other car at Kia and there prices were much lower and gave coupons I thought the service was good but the price excessive. Those are the hardest to fix when it works one minute and then doesn't operate correctly the next. Stan took the time to thoroughly review the failure mode with me and the technician figured out a clever way to consistently repeat the problem so it could be fixed. They did an awesome job fixing a very tricky problem. More
