He was very knowledgeable about the MX-5 Miata having personally owned the car previously and introduced me to all the key features. He showed me some great tips on certain functionality and driving experience that aren't things you can find in standard documentation or even online reviews. He was highly responsive during the negotiation phase as well. I also appreciated that Bradshaw Mazda's website was accurate with lots of specs/details and reflected current inventory given that I traveled from outside the state.
