Recall Service I made an appointment for a part recall. I bought my Mazda under the previous ownership, but they took me in quickly! They replaced part of it and rep I made an appointment for a part recall. I bought my Mazda under the previous ownership, but they took me in quickly! They replaced part of it and reprogrammed the other part and had me out of there within a hour. There was no charge. Super efficient and easy! More

Completed work in timely and professionl manner. Have had better service From not having a loan vehicle available (I had coordinated for one when I made the appointment, although to be fair I was finally given a rental car) From not having a loan vehicle available (I had coordinated for one when I made the appointment, although to be fair I was finally given a rental car) to spending over $1000 and not having the car at a minimum washed before it was returned it just wasn't the best experience I've had at a dealer service department.
