Maintenance has always been great with me since I've been with Mazda. They have picked up my car when I had a flat tire and changed my tire. Always communicates with me and follows up with me on my appointme with Mazda. They have picked up my car when I had a flat tire and changed my tire. Always communicates with me and follows up with me on my appointments. This time I had another flat tire on a Saturday. Unfortunately you were closed. Came in Monday and needed a tire quick and a tune up. Didnt have an appointment. And they fit me in and got me out in less than an hour. Very Thankful that you helped with a situation that I needed something quick. Keep up the good work and I always come back. More

I have an incredible experience with Bradshaw Mazda in Greenville! I am very pleased with the level of service and customer care from the service department. I've been bringing my car in for service since I bought it in 2018 and it still runs great! Jeff has always been fr care from the service department. I've been bringing my car in for service since I bought it in 2018 and it still runs great! Jeff has always been friendly and courteous. I had to drop off my car a day early, and even though I arrived 2 minutes after closing, Jeff still accepted my car with a smile. I was elated! I love the videos the technicians send when inspecting the vehicle and showing the work performed. It shows they are confident in their work and knowledgeable about the job. Galen McDonald sent a very detailed and clear video of my car. He explained the work done in a clear and precise video. Checking out with Tara was quick. She was polite and had my paperwork ready for closeout when I arrived. More
