I trust the Service Department's expertise; Jeff explains to me what my old Mazda will need a particular service. Also, I have never been shown what the underneath of my car looks like until I received a t to me what my old Mazda will need a particular service. Also, I have never been shown what the underneath of my car looks like until I received a text message towards the end of my last service appointment. I was shown a video of the technician under my car while he showed me what was done and explained the present condition of important working parts. This is why I recommended that my mother buy a Mazda here, and she did two months ago! More
