Everything went great for the most part. Salesman was kind and knowledgeable and the CX-5 is a beautiful vehicle. They lost a star me me when I had to sit in the dealership for 3 and a half Salesman was kind and knowledgeable and the CX-5 is a beautiful vehicle. They lost a star me me when I had to sit in the dealership for 3 and a half hours to sign some paperwork that took less than two minutes. Pretty ridiculous. More

My service advisor was really welcoming and nice, especially as this was my first time being at this location. They didn't try to upsell me on any products and gave me a super accurate timing of how especially as this was my first time being at this location. They didn't try to upsell me on any products and gave me a super accurate timing of how long it would take for me to have my car serviced. I never got that at Toyota! More
