Everything went great for the most part. Salesman was kind and knowledgeable and the CX-5 is a beautiful vehicle. They lost a star me me when I had to sit in the dealership for 3 and a half Salesman was kind and knowledgeable and the CX-5 is a beautiful vehicle. They lost a star me me when I had to sit in the dealership for 3 and a half hours to sign some paperwork that took less than two minutes. Pretty ridiculous. More

My service advisor was really welcoming and nice, especially as this was my first time being at this location. They didn't try to upsell me on any products and gave me a super accurate timing of how especially as this was my first time being at this location. With his MANY years of Mazda experience ,,,he knows Mazdas!! He and Stan are the reasons this dealership have serviced all of my Mazdas from the day I buy them until I trade them in a new one, current CX-7 is now 11 years old and like a new car! The new video done by the technician servicing my car showing me everything underneath and in the engine compartment and explaining what he's showing me is awesome, what a surprise whe I checked my email!
