Brought our 2020 CR-X that we purchased here last year in for $35,000 mile maintenance. Within a couple hours I received a video from the service technician walking me through the vehicle and addressing the issues that I had. A picture is truly worth a thousand words. Service center did a great job fixing the items on my used car, but a few things were not done and it was an obvious issue. The seat cover had completely popped off on the drivers side and no one even at used car, but a few things were not done and it was an obvious issue. The seat cover had completely popped off on the drivers side and no one even attempted to fix it. We noticed it when we picked the car up, but the sales guy just looks at it and says it won't take much to fix that hahaha and walked off. Also some paint had chipped off and my daughter had called prior to taking the car. Sales guy says they'd look at it. Didn't look or mention anything about it. If my husband would have been there I bet it would have been taken seriously. More

I had a very good experience at Bradshaw Mazda. Courteous personnel and very knowledgeable. They have this new service where they take a video walk-around after the service - I really enjoyed tha Courteous personnel and very knowledgeable.
