But the standout is that before you approve any work, they send you a video walkthrough done by the mechanic of anything they find, along with them describing their recommendations. This kind of transparency was a real eye-opener for me… like, oh, THIS is how you can get your car fixed and also feel like you were a part it, instead of just being there to listen and pay! More
