After reaching out to 5 different Mazda dealerships and getting less than stellar responses and customer service, I reached out to Bradshaw. I was a little hesitant at first, because they are located 7 hou getting less than stellar responses and customer service, I reached out to Bradshaw. I was a little hesitant at first, because they are located 7 hours from my home, but Bradshaw had the car I wanted. I am so glad I made the inquiry. I inquired about the car late one night and early the next morning I received a call from Darius. Within 20 minutes we had made the deal, I placed a deposit, submitted my credit app and booked a one way flight to pick up my car early the following week. I arrived at the dealership and in less than an hour I was in my new car and on my way home to Kentucky. This is how the process should go to purchase a new car. The experience outstanding, customer service top notch and staff beyond accommodating and friendly. Thank you Bradshaw Mazda for a wonderful, and painless, new car buying experience!!!! I highly recommend Bradshaw and will be looking to them in the future for my next new car. More
