We have been looking online for the past 2 months & we were trying to narrow down which color we wanted to commit to. We reached out to Darius & my husband, tentatively, scheduled an appointment for a te were trying to narrow down which color we wanted to commit to. We reached out to Darius & my husband, tentatively, scheduled an appointment for a test drive. We both have very hectic work schedules & I could not commit. We had no plans to stop in, since we were still undecided, but we wanted to at least see the colors in person. We pulled on the lot just to look Ruled out a few color options. Long story short, we ended up test driving a model that had the exact premium package we were looking for & also the interior color we wanted most. (And we were okay with the exterior color!) Yassir did an excellent job in figuring out that we knew what we wanted & helped us to overlook the color & AWD option that was at the very bottom of our list. Adam played a critical part in helping us get top dollar for our trade. Also kudos to the financing side! They were friendly, fast, & efficient. Darius understood our busy schedule & asked us to bring back the car to go over all the details. And I'm so glad he did! We recommend to anyone who is looking for the right vehicle & the right staff to choose Bradshaw Mazda. They make the car-buying experience just right! The problem turned out to be loose wheel studs on a front wheel. The last authorizarion by me to remove a wheel was rotate tires by Bradshaw. You choose to charge me $72.14 for finding and fixing a pro front wheel. The last authorizarion by me to remove a wheel was rotate tires by Bradshaw. You choose to charge me $72.14 for finding and fixing a problem that I believe you created. In addition you found a scew in my right rear tire and reported it as un repairable and quoted a price of $365.00 for a new tire. Discount tire sells this tire for $193.00. I took the car to Discount tire and they determined that the tire was repairable, and repaired and rebalanced it for free. More
