I purchased a new 2023 Mazda CX-50 in March 2023. I bought the service agreement and the wheel & tire coverage. When I took the car in for initial service, they charged me $128.03 for the service tha I bought the service agreement and the wheel & tire coverage. When I took the car in for initial service, they charged me $128.03 for the service that I had purchased initially. After several trips trying to get refunded, the provider did pay $80 of the $128.03. The dealer still owes me $48.03, but say they will only give me an in-store credit, not a refund? So, I find this dealer to be a VERY poor example of customer service! Do NOT do business with these cooks!! More

My Mazda6 stopped switching gears while driving. Fred Anderson Mazda immediately took my car in, completed a full evaluation, and began repairs pretty quickly. The staff are kind and generous, and one provided transportation to the rental location free-of-charge. It was initially suggested that it may take quite some time before the car would be finished, but they finished in only a few days!
