Worst dealership I have ever seen! Buying was ok but literally took all day. The service department, Jeff Mann, and Barry Davis are dishonest cowards. Corporate tried to assist us but the dealership lied to them to and refused to comply with corporate requests. Try McKinney or anyone else but avoid this place like the plague. I purchased a new 2023 Mazda CX-50 in March 2023. I bought the service agreement and the wheel & tire coverage. When I took the car in for initial service, they charged me $128.03 for the service tha I bought the service agreement and the wheel & tire coverage. When I took the car in for initial service, they charged me $128.03 for the service that I had purchased initially. After several trips trying to get refunded, the provider did pay $80 of the $128.03. The dealer still owes me $48.03, but say they will only give me an in-store credit, not a refund? So, I find this dealer to be a VERY poor example of customer service! Do NOT do business with these cooks!! More

My Mazda6 stopped switching gears while driving. Fred Anderson Mazda immediately took my car in, completed a full evaluation, and began repairs pretty quickly. The staff are kind and generous, and one provided transportation to the rental location free-of-charge. It was initially suggested that it may take quite some time before the car would be finished, but they finished in only a few days! My Mazda6 was well taken care of and now driving smoother than before. More
