We had purchased the exact car we wanted in less than 2 hours. Next day when we arrived the car was ready for the test drive, once completed the finance department was ready to sign paperwork. They lied to me on the lease terms I bought 5 cars from this dealership over the years, but with the last one I got so badly screwed over. Being a good fate buyer they leased me a Ma I bought 5 cars from this dealership over the years, but with the last one I got so badly screwed over. Being a good fate buyer they leased me a Mazda 3 with 1000 miles/ year advertising and telling me that I have a 12000 mile allowance , o course not reading the terms I went over mileage. Mr Pierre Salnave ( my sells rep) lied and invented all sort of stuff just to get himself out of the responsibility. At the end of the lease I got hit from the lander with a bill for $1400 , stating that they auctioned of the car and was sold for $1400 less than expected, and I'm resposable for that amount, Overall a huge disappointment , I'm definitely never going to buy another car from this dealership. More

There was zero pressure yet always available to answer my questions. There was one obstacle after another (unrelated to Victor, the dealership or Mazda.). Victor rose to the occasion with each challenge. Positive and reassuring. His work ethic is stellar . His knowledge of the product and the buying process is flawless . I can't say enough about him or the incredible buying experience this was. He is an asset to Mazda and the North Miami Beach dealership. This is long over do. I am very blessed to know Victor in sales for almost 10 years. I have personally bought 4 vehicles from him and have sent my family to him.
