New Lease My lease was maturing and I had no idea what I wanted to lease but knew I didn’t want to lease again from the same company. I was looking to reduce my car payment and still drive a car with all the luxury safety features offered. After visiting a few dealerships and realizing that the lease programs were not in my price range ... I decided to stop into Mazda on my way home. I immediately met Salnave Pierre. I had done some research, so I was familiar with the different models at Mazda. Although, the model I was interested in was not on the lot we drove a similar model. Salnave was super nice, patient, listened to what I was looking for, and very knowledgeable. I shared that I was not ready to go home with a car that day but wold like to know the lease programs would be offered to me. He was able to find the exact model with the packages I wanted on-line. There was no xx ... he gave me a few payment plan options. I have to say, I was very surprised and happy. After negotiationing at the previous dealerships (not Mazda) and the constant back and forth with managers ... I walked out of all of them. I went home and told him I will call him in day or 2. Within 2 days, Salnave was able to find the car and color I wanted and have it shipped to the dealship. All the paperwork was ready when I got there. The whole process was so easy and painless. Each time I called Salnave to ask questions, he always answered and was so patient with me. I was able to reduce my car payment significantly and drive a great car without having to compromise features because the price would be to high. I love my car. Than you Salnave and Mazda for a great experience. More
