Instead, James asked me questions to understand my needs and was patient while I made my decison. Not only were my needs met but best of I got a GEAT deal. Horrible Customer Service. Very Unprofessional I have been thru it all with this dealer since 2015 where I made the mistake of getting a lease thru them.
