Cancelled my contract and kept my money I bought a car and signed contract and paid $3500. Three days later they demand that I come in and sign a new contract with higher interest rate and g I bought a car and signed contract and paid $3500. Three days later they demand that I come in and sign a new contract with higher interest rate and gap insurance and $399 mystery fee etc.. I refused to sign another bad deal. They didn't allow me to leave dealership with car and refuse to refund my $ 3500 down payment. No car. No money. This is a used car salesman playground all tricks are used. Very deceptive, false advertising, keep deposit, lie and cheat to get your money. More

As soon as I arrived at the dealer and met Mr. Valle, I knew I was "NOT" dealing with your typical salesman. He could not have been any friendlier and was willing to give me his undivided attention. Spent as much time as I wanted test driving the vehicle and answering my questions. Was a pleasure dealing with him during the negotiation process that resulted in the purchase of the vehicle.
