Slimy operation Wouldn’t buy from this dealership. They add on charges to the sticker of the car that I have no assurances ar even put on it. I found a car online that I wanted to purchase for my son, who just turned 16. I live 1 ½ hours from their dealership, so I called. In the course of 36 hours—from Monday night through Tuesday night--I spoke with 3 salespeople. Two of them were going to email pictures of the car to me. They did not. In fact neither of them was even at the dealership the next morning to make that happen. The third salesperson and I talked on the phone several times over the course of 1 ½ hours. I got information about the car and decided to buy it. She told me she would get me an “out the door price,” but she never did. She didn’t even call me back after that. When I called Tuesday evening to follow-up, she informed me that it had been sold AFTER our conversation, AFTER I told her I wanted the car. I definitely would not recommend this dealership; I don’t agree with the way they do business. More

Bad customer service I went into buy my car and they were good with numbers and accommodating. The great customer service ended as soon as I drove off.
