The sales person was fine and everything went fine with negotiations (I thought.) We haggled back and forth trying to get me to right monthly payment and downpayment. Salesperson worked as liason between me and sales mgr. When we got to place I could accept ($1250 down payment/$280 per month) I asked how many months this loan was for. I was told 72 months. That was acceptable to me. On went the transaction to finance office. Signed about 100 papers and done--you know they sort of fly by you. Anyway, went home and looked at paper work and noticed the loan (through Hyundai Finance) has a term of 75 months. Now, I don't know where this change happened and I didn't notice when I was signing paperwork (my bad) but If I had I would have put the breaks on the deal right then. Somewhere, someone changed the terms from what I had discussed w salesman. I would have not even assumed that 75 mo terms are even available. I realize the paperwork has been signed and I should have caught this but nonetheless I feel duped. Now in my mind, this car is now costing me $840 (3 extra months at $280/mo) more than I anticipated. Due to this I'll be looking to re-finance this car and likely will not be going back to that dealer and maybe not consider Hyundai for future car buying (this is my third btw.) More

Our salesman Tony Crane, coordinated paperwork and made a dreaded experience enjoyable. I have already recommended Tony and this dealership to a friend and will continue to do so. Must mention that interaction with the sales manager and finance person (Sean and Sean) was very pleasant. Exceeded my expectations! More

Tom Gohs of Mazda of Wesley Chapel along with the managers demonstrated what all customers desire, outstanding quality customer service. Tom's ability to treat us with dignity and respect coupled with his interpersonal skill sets truly have a very personal impact on our family. As a Corporate Trainer I along with my better half enjoyed what most of us deserve but few ever encounter which is being valued. From the phone call of inquiring to the arrival as well as through out the process being valued made the difference and allowed us to up-grade our 2014 CX5 to a 2016 CX5. I highly recommend this dealership as well as Tom personally.
