I was extremely satisfied with my new purchase of a 2011 CX-7. From the salesman being educated with the vehicle and very supportive in my concerns and interests. He was very patient with me in regards to how much I could afford and particulary responsive to my needs being met. And then to conclude in financing with a very patient consultant that allowed me to read and understand everything I was signing. I would definately purchase another vehicle from Mazda Wesley Chapel. Kelly and company were just wonderful to work with. The entire process of buying a new car, which is normally agonizing, was a pleasure with them. After the "deal was done" and we had come back to pick up entire process of buying a new car, which is normally agonizing, was a pleasure with them. After the "deal was done" and we had come back to pick up the car, Kelly spent another hour plus going over everything about the vehicle and all of the CX-9's great features. She even paired our phones up to the vehicles Bluetooth and even but my hubby's number in the car's phone book for me. Kelly even made it a point to take and introduce me to the guys in the service department. I recently went to look for a new Mazda in Wesley Chapel. When getting to the dealership I was welcomed in by Kelly with a smile and friendly attitude. I had a Mazda 6 I was looking to trade in, and just wan When getting to the dealership I was welcomed in by Kelly with a smile and friendly attitude. I had a Mazda 6 I was looking to trade in, and just wanted to see where I stood in price if I were to purchase a new vehicle. Kelly had asked what kinda numbers I was looking at for a monthly payment and what features I was looking for. After being there for several hours discussing different models I found that I would have to have a co-signer. So the next day I had gone back with a co-signer with great credit and after re submitting the credit papers I was told that I could finance a new loaded Mazda 3 with 500$ down and a 4% interest rate with fairly low payments. I was sold at the time and picked out my car. The next day I had gone in to sign the paper work and get the car, after getting there nothing was ready and the finance dept was so unorganized I wound up being there for about 4 hours waiting for all the paper work to print. After all said and done I left that night with the car and a contract financing a 2011 Mazda 3. I thought everything was all set until I got a phone call the next day saying they had good news for me and I had to go in. When I had gone back I was told that I couldn't finance the car, that the bank would only let me lease. I had doughts about leasing so they had Ron (the manager) come talk to me about the good of leasing. I thought it was very unprofessional to let a customer sign a contract and leave with a car just to call them back the next day and say if u don't lease then we are gonna need 4k or we need the car back. Well I didn't have the 4k on hand and I had fallin in love with the car and didn't want to give it up, so after having to throw the other contract away and wait another 3 hours for a new contract I am now in a 42 month lease agreement. My sales accociate Kelly was great, friendly, and had a lot of knowledge about Mazdas, the rest of the dealership( financing, Managment) was very unorganized and unprofessional. But I do like my car! I’m fresh out of a BK by 3 months – I have had little to no work in 3 years – I now work for an insurance company in St.Pet – I was driving a 2500HD PU truck to work every day from Land O Lakes – I was spen no work in 3 years – I now work for an insurance company in St.Pet – I was driving a 2500HD PU truck to work every day from Land O Lakes – I was spending 200.00 to 250.00 a week in gas – My wife and I decided that we must trade this truck in for a car – I have seen the Sonata on TV and I was very leery to go in and drive it – I was very a shamed of my credit score and I did not wont to discuss my history with someone I don’t know – I swallowed my pride and I said what the hell we have to do something or we will never get ahead – I went in with a bad attitude do to car shopping, possible denial and you know you the rest – I explained myself and credit problems to Leonard and a credit manager – nobody seem to care – I thought that was strange due to a sales man does not want to waste time with low beacon scores – My wife and I found a car drove it loved it and bought it – the interest you would think would be high due to *credit rebuild* will it was sold to me for 12% - the next day the credit manager(name forgotten) called me up and ask for me to come in to the store – my first thought was oh my god Hyundai changed their mind and he wants his car back - little did I know Hyundai lowed my interest to 7.29% WOW – I love these guys for all of their help – and my gas mileage – I filled up Monday night in Land O Lakes I have drove to St. Pet every day till Thursday night and the gas gauge just now hit ½ tank – Im saving money cause of Hyundai not judging me. I was trading in a Mazda so I started shopping for a new car at Mazda of Wesley Chapel. Thank goodness we did. We first met Kelley who introduced us to our sales rep. Mike Beach. He was a nice young man who gave us all his attention. We test drove a couple cars until my wife figured out which one she liked, which was hard because all the models were beautiful. Buying the car was easy...I gave Mike the numbers of what we could afford and after a couple visits from the factory rep(who has a 850 credit rating, I know, I didnt realize anyone could get a score that high:)), and a few tears from my wife(she loved our old Mazda MPV) they were able to get us the monthly payment we were looking for! Believe me, I have a couple of glitches on my credit history, couldnt believe they got me such a low interest rate. I rarely, this might be my first one, respond to things like this but I just wanted everyone to know what a great experience we had. By the time we left it felt like we knew everyone personally and I cant wait for my first oil change because of the great waiting room they have there:) Thanks for a great car, Pat More

Kelly worked out all the details of the car I was interested in along with my trade in. The purpose of using the internet for pursuing the car was to get information (specifically pricing) prior to coming into the dealership. All the other responders only wanted to get me into the dealship. Kelly not only was willing to provide everything I needed, but was extremely responsive and timely. I never had to wait for anything. She was dead on and we ultimately worked out a deal and I was able to purchase the car I wanted. She could not have been more helpful or easier to deal with. She also handled the delivery process very well going through all the details of my car including even downloading contacts and phone numbers into the car's Blue Tooth directory. Most people do not like the car buying experience at all. Kelly made the process easy, quick and enjoyable. We will soon be ready to replace my wife's car and I will certainly contact Kelly again.
