Here it is: 2017 ELANTRA PURCHASE- WHAT AN AWESOME TRANSACTION by Bobby B in the WC representing the (813) from Wesley Chapel April 15, 2017 I would like to personally thank the staff at Hyundai of WC for making my recent car buying experience one that was personal, professional, and memorable. I was there to buy a car for my son who is stationed in Grafenwoher Germany with the Army. My son is PCS to the states in May and needs a car for his travels to Ft. Stewart GA. I started my journey with Charlie Epting, former Military (Army) who was very friendly, patient, and really listened to what we were looking for in a car. Charlie was very respectful and made it easy to do business with. We thank you for your service to this Country and for a great car shopping experience. Charlie’s definitely a keeper. On day 2 he took me over to Hyundai to look at the Elantra. It was then my wife and I got to meet the next part of the team that finished the transaction for me. Amos came out and sat with us and made it a note to get to know us. He must have spent 10 minutes with us and not one word about the purchase. Amos went above and beyond to help get us to the number that would work for my son. We could truly see that he cared about our son and wanted to help him get that car. For that, we appreciate and thank you for everything you did. Joe Williams (joettigers) “Go big Blue, UK” Lol jumped in to help finish the paperwork even though it was a cash deal. Joe’s son is also military and knows the challenges of being shipped around to bases. He also was a pleasure to work with and made the transaction feel like it was being done on the living room couch. Thank you, Joe. Finally, the business man Rodney Ryan was as smooth as melted butter. We walked in, sat down, signed a few papers and were out the door. No hassles, very professional, and easy to work with. Thank you for assisting us with my son’s purchase. My wife and I were very pleased with the level of service provided by the staff of Hyundai of WC. They made us feel like we were family and the whole transaction was painless. You exceeded our expectations and then some. So, from the bottom of our hearts, we truly thank you for helping our son purchase his first car. We look forward to our next purchase with Hyundai of WC!!!!! Good experience Salesman (Faisal) was very good. Listened to our needs. I was a little concerned about how the finance team began structuring the deal. What I saw Salesman (Faisal) was very good. What I saw online vs. the dealer's starting/opening negotiation position was very far apart ($4,000+). I recommend that you do your financial homework before going to the dealership so you know the ballpark of where you want to end up. More

It takes a real display of character to turn a negative into a positive and that is exactly what these guys did for me. I came in with issues on my vehicle and was very upset. They went above and beyond to fix the situation and did so with the utmost professionalism. It would have been very easy to treat me like other dealers are inclined to do and become defensive but they took personal ownership of my issue, fixed it and made me a very happy loyal customer. I would recommend Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel to those looking for a vehicle or to service one. They stand behind their work and do what is right for their clients.
