One issue with finance I experienced an issue with the business person (who is no longer with the company I understand). He was supposed to make a payment deposit for me wh I experienced an issue with the business person (who is no longer with the company I understand). He was supposed to make a payment deposit for me while I was on a cruise - he didn't. As a result I had to make a number of phone calls (both to the dealership and Hyundai finance) to resolve the issue. It's still not fully resolved. It would have been worse had I not checked up on the situation the day we got back to the USA. Letting the issue go further might have caused me significant financial embarrassment. More
