They not only left my info tied to a vehicle I decided NOT to purchase but in doing so for nearly a month without my knowledge almost caused my drivers license to be suspended for not insuring it!!! I NEVER BOUGHT THE CAR SO WHY THE HECK WOULD I ADD IT TO MY INSURANCE POLICY?!?! Good thing the clerk was nice enough to tell me about it when I went to do my address change at Tax Collectors office after moving recently. Not to mention I also discovered they pulled my credit multiple times within a few weeks in which I only gave authorization for 1. Not a single person involved even cared enough to apologize. So, so glad I trusted my intuition and ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere. I've sent a detailed email with supporting docs to upper management as well as the Better Business Bureau. This is NOT good customer service and you just don't play with people's personal information like this and be so negligent. More
