Initially Jenn is the one who easily walks you through the process. Kenny Young handles intake of your vehicle. I happened to enter in the midst of a lt service person retiring. He moved quickly throughout the quoting process working very well with my insurance company person. Together we were a team of 3 - myself, Kenny & insurance. In my case I had to manage the process bc I only had 30 car rental days & I work on the road and need my car daily. Kenny’s background is excellent, from Gerber Collision in Erie which is where I wasted 5 days. I delivered my car to McCandless who completed the job in 34 days. Compared to local quotes which were scheduled out to 90 days - yes. 90 days. So I am grateful for the speed and the exceptional service, BEAUTIFUL work by the mechanical team, the paint job is as close to a perfect match as one can get and they accommodated my request to bring the vehicle to Honda for calibration. Honda did a beautiful job with their ASC certified mechanic who covered for Rich. McCandless techs are also ASC certified which is very hard to find. While I was hoping for a 2 week turnaround my supplemental findings pushed me out & I stayed on top of managing the timeline. Kenny did a great job managing 6 elements: me, the mechanic, the parts CO’s, the insurance company, Honda, timing. Thank you to this OUTSTANDING team at McCandless. I brought my custom fiberglass hoodie in to have these guys paint it. I have to say I was impatient and put the hood on the truck for a weekend before I took it in and when I was installing it....
