The service waiting room at main sales location is uninviting and unconfortable. TV off, no or poorly brewed coffee and no water. I found a nice explorer 22 I drove it twice it had a vibration (minor) and the cup holder was apart. Mad the deal. Ask them to have those issues fixed 4 days later we arrived to buy it check in hand.
