I went in the office to do the paperwork and they would not honor the agreement and wanted an additional $1,995 No way to do business guys. More

Service is unreliable, disappointing. My wife purchased a car from Weber Harris in '15. They were to give us free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. I was very upset to learn that McCandless Ford refuses to honor this. I will never buy here again for that reason. Also, we currently are having the same vehicle repaired and the service person (Mike) told me the car would be done Tuesday. I now learned that the car won't be done until at least Friday and I won't be surprised if its later than that. VERY UPSETTING TO DEAL WITH! More
