to begin I had purchased a f 150 from them 3 years ago. I deceided to trade it for an 06 f 150. Bad move, very bad move. I had trusted them to treat me fairly. I ended up paying about $6000 above book price deceided to trade it for an 06 f 150. Bad move, very bad move. I had trusted them to treat me fairly. I ended up paying about $6000 above book price and only getting $2000 for my trade, they orginally quoted 7000. They never explained the contract, I acually think one needs to have an accountant with them to buy a vehicle. I certainly blame myself for not being more caution.DO NOT TRUST A CAR DEALER .This is one of the worst finacial mistake I have made in my life.I beged them for a rebate or some kind of copansaion but it was a waste of time. So if u deceide to buy there be careful and read the reverse of the contract. More

My old ford Taurus is dying at 110,000 miles. As it was I was not really planning on getting another ford because many other brands last much longer than just over a hundred thousand. However, I got one of their mailings and decided to go claim my $5 gift card (nobody ever wins the grand prize) and maybe see if they had any good sales. I had come in before just to get a prize, and was with my boyfriend at the time, we got helped right away and were out of there in about 15 minutes. This time around I didn't bring him with me - bad idea! I ended up waiting for 20 minutes and nobody even acknowledged my presence. Do NOT shop here, especially if you are a single woman! More

I shopped for a new car for months. Worst dealership by far. Stay well away from the "special finance" department. They get nasty when you don't want their "deal". They also don't answer your questions far. Stay well away from the "special finance" department. They get nasty when you don't want their "deal". They also don't answer your questions straight, even evading when you call them on it. First they dodge saying how they can't give you answers because they aren't part of the "dealership" but then when things don't go their way they bring in a salesperson from the dealership to further confuse things. And no matter WHAT, do not give them any money, deposit, anything unless you are signing and driving that car home. Don't take a car overnight to think about it and give them a security on it. You'll be begging forever to get that security back. Read the previous review. No wonder they are struggling. They aren't the only dealership in the area. More
