Perhaps potential trade ins could be inspected while you are test driving or doing other paperwork. Also, IMO the salespeople should not have to use their own money to buy customer a can of soda. Long ordeal to buy vehicle Went in at 8 am received vehicle at about 3 pm becausethe onstar did not work. Also My trade in was valued way lower then anticipated. But the dealership did give me an addit vehicle at about 3 pm becausethe onstar did not work. Also My trade in was valued way lower then anticipated.
