The day of the appt the salesperson was nice. The next day I called him to let him know the passenger side mirror was not working. Went in to order a New 2500 and the salesman keep trying to get me to buy something I had no interest in. I asked 6 times just to order what I wanted but kept being told a variety of excuses. They finally a to get me to buy something I had no interest in. I asked 6 times just to order what I wanted but kept being told a variety of excuses. They finally agreed but then came back saying it would be 10,000 over msrp. I said that was ridiculous to take advantage of the current market like that. Sales manager came over and told me “we need to keep the light on you know” Stay away from these guys!! More
