After driving well over an hour to this dealership to purchase a vehicle we found online, with online pricing it went downhill fast. We ended up purchasing a 2020 Equinox Premier. However the price was purchase a vehicle we found online, with online pricing it went downhill fast. We ended up purchasing a 2020 Equinox Premier. However the price was not what we were told online, but they had the only one in the city that we wanted, we came to an agreement on the pricing and then they added on a $999 package, all I asked for was for the all weather floor mats to be thrown in. Mike informed us that the only way to purchase the vehicle was to pay for the McCarthy package that included the floor mats and that everyone has to purchase it with the vehicle, (this is supposed to include the all weather mats, and dent repair and window tenting) I tried to put down a deposit and come back the next day with my husband to go through the business office, as we planned on purchasing an extended warranty. However I was told that I needed to sign a few papers in the business office that day, after waiting an hour and half I was finally taken in the business office and signed pretty much everything I could without my husband being there, and told to come back the next day with my husband, and they sent me home in the new vehicle, I would have rather had them get the vehicle ready with the mats and just have picked it up the next day, however they insisted I take it home, and they would handle that in the morning when I came back with my husband, this was a complete waist of my time, but I soon realized that once you make a purchase good luck getting anything done. My husband and I came back the next day and he signed the other half of the paper work and purchased the extended warranty, however they told us they couldn't do the window tent since it was a Thursday and they didn't make an appointment. We asked for the all season floor mats, which they claimed they were out of stock. They informed us them to call them the following Monday and they would get it scheduled and not be a problem. We tried several times a day all week to talk to Mike and even managers, however we were just sent to voicemails, it took over a month to finally get someone there to help us. This required yet another trip to the dealership. Janice who we figured works in the internet dept finally attempted to help us. We got scheduled and came back a third time. Tent was done to our satisfaction, yet when we went to pick up the all season weather mats we were informed that the $999 McCarthy package only comes with the front all season weather mats!!!! We asked if it was unlimited dent repair and were then informed it was actually only two dent repairs, what a joke. If you want to be treated like a salesman's commission and just be ignored once the deal is done, this is the place for you! I spent a good amount of money here, and am happy with the vehicle, but very disappointed with the service after the sale, and the lack of communication from Mike Lesher, and his management team. We will be calling the dealership tomorrow to cancel out our Extended Warranty and find a dealership that will actually follow up with us! More
