Awesome Customer Service As a single mom it’s hard to find time, not to mention money to get things done on my car but with the folks at McCarthy Chevrolet in Lee’s Summit it As a single mom it’s hard to find time, not to mention money to get things done on my car but with the folks at McCarthy Chevrolet in Lee’s Summit it never seems to be an issue . I would highly suggest anyone who needs service on thier vehicle to stop by and ask for service rep. Dillon Hoffmann. Dillon is all about helping the customer to make sure things get done right and if there’s an issue he’ll help find a way to resolve it. Its this type of customer care and service that keeps me going back even for a simples oil change, despite me living an hour away. There are two McCarthy dealerships that are much closer to my house (and I’m sure they’re great) but when you know what it means to have quality service and quality customer service it’s well worth the time and drive to ensure your taken care of. I would like to add that as a woman I am especially appreciative to be able to walk in and state my concerns & ask questions knowing that I am being heard and not have someone talk down to me or patronize me. Service center My daughter in law (whom is deaf) needed service work on her car. No one in the family was able to go with her to assist with communications.
