No i do not have an appointment on Friday , however my daughter is coming up tomorrow with her boyfriend to be a co signer to try to get the car she was told a year ago she could get. i would appreciate it if someone could help her through the process as i am out of town til late Friday. Again because I guess her boyfriend didnt have any credit you all said you can't help her. Again going back in what she was promised. Can you answer this question for me I contacted another dealer and went threw everything with them they said her credit has improved alot in the past year and she was doing good . But becouse she was charged so much for a basic sonic. And the pay off us more then the car is worth new it's hard to get anyone to finance. Is this they reason you won't honor what was promised.

Mr. Bucci, I spoke with our General Manager and Juan indicated that your daughter's boyfriend's credit was not in a position to assist as a co-signer. Do you know who else could assist? It appears she needs additional payment history to continue to improve her credit and needs a co-signer for the current loan. Thank You

What I don't understand is when your sales people and finance person said she can return the car and get one in her name in a year . If you all new that wasn't going to happen then why make her a promise. Now she is upset and embarrassed in front of her friend and fellow co workers she told everyone of her deal that your dealership made her now she has to go to work and just feel like she was taken advantage of . I hope you guys are happy and i would also like to know why she was charged so much for that car when other dealers said it should have not been that high especially when you new she was coming back in a year . You all should of just told her to keep the car she had then when you get more credit come back. But I guess you selling a car was more important then being honest with her.

I know your not responsible for her score however it went up alot since you sold her the car and as a manger of the dealer you are responsible for what was promised to her by your employees. ... also if you know that she couldn't do it why did you not tell her before you sold her the car she didn't like.also Can you explain to me why she was charged so much for a basic sonic that you all said she can return in a year. I think becouse nobody there had any intention to keep to the promise made. And know my wife is tryingto co sign .
