Excellent Service Again! I had a pretty simple problem in which there was a screw in my tire but I did not puncture all the way through. Recall work I've been going to O"Neill's for over 10 years to service my Honda's because they are friendly, professional, and timely with completing the scheduled I've been going to O"Neill's for over 10 years to service my Honda's because they are friendly, professional, and timely with completing the scheduled work. I've taken advantage of the free shuttle service when necessary or worked in their convenient waiting area. They also use genuine Honda replacement parts. They are not the least expensive, but i am willing to pay the extra for the combined features. More

Work Well done I've visited this dealer for repair and servicing our CRV with almost 200,000 miles for several years. Each time I've been there working with different service advisors I always come away impressed with the quality of the experience. I've tried the cut rate quick lube places but none compare in what they do and the prices they charge. Thank you for your work well done. More

Bad car detailing with bad customer service Car started rusting, once approched oniel honda Seth had taken pictures and send to honda for approval and said you will be receiving call from us in Car started rusting, once approched oniel honda Seth had taken pictures and send to honda for approval and said you will be receiving call from us in 2 business days. I called them a week after that as i didn't hear any and said that his manager is not there and said he will call back. I reached out to them again and got reply saying honda did not respond and his manager will reachout to the. I waited for 2 weeks and reached out to honda directly and they created a case nd they reached out to oniel honda about the happenings and oniel honda said it is because of environmental fallout. He said the same and said honda wont cover environmental fallout and said as a good will they provided car external detailing. So again i went to seth for detailing and he said it will taken care of any rust. After the service i saw some touchups on doors but it has lot of rust in many parts. When i asked he replied this is the maximum we can do and please take your car. Summary: Car is 2016 Honda crv touring, purchased on july 20 2016, means not even 3 years and less than 36k miles Seth said honda will determine the issue. But honda said oniel honda said it is because of environmental fallout which won't cover. Seth said as part of detailing rust will be addressed but lot of rust spots after it and had a rude reply (usually it wont cover as a good will we did it please take your car when questioned about rust) . There is no acid rain in zipcode 66223 area I kept under car port all the time Hardly did 25 times regular or normal car wash in these 3 years None of our neighbors cars affected due to environmental fallout in zipcode 66223 Why my car, is it just to exclude from warrenty? More
