Car is about to hit 100k miles and I’ve yet to have any major issues. Danger to customers - Needs improvement The service is good. Everything is done as promised. I have confidence that they will not tell me to get services that I do not need. I would give 5 stars, but the dealer does not have concern for customer safety. Customers stand in a garage, with cars going by inches behind them while they review and pay their bill. Paying bills should be done in a safe office environment. At my last visit I watched a pregnant women standing in the garage paying her bill while yelling at her three year old to quit laying on the garage floor. The child had wandered 10 feet away from the mother and was in the path of moving automobiles. O'Neil Honda is just waiting for a disaster to happen. More
