They refused to take the car back, within the three days. Failed to return my calls, was very disrespectful after a pushy aggressive sale of a 70 year-old patron. After several days of Honda's failure to communicate, my daughter tried to reason with Shawn, one of the assistant managers, on the 9th day and was told, they had already been paid by the bank and that they were not taking the car back. He told us to come back the next day since Todd was away with his finance. After my daughter's insistence, she asked Shawn if he would call the general manager and he finally agreed. He returned with the same message, "We are not taking the car back. I later discovered that I could have bought a 2015 for less than the money I am paying for the 2014. The car is only worth $12,500. It was sold to me for $17,789.62. The car is a basic one with not extras and is under water. More
