I appreciate the staff at O'Neill Honda. I lke being told in advance if something is needing repair before it breaks down on me unaware. Before we moved to Shawnee I took my car to Jay Wolfe Honda and they were super too. They make me feel like I am part of their "family" and take care of my car as if it were their own. Thank you so much! More
The experience was overall quite good, would have been better if vehicle had been delivered with options selected already on the vehicle as requested and some confusion as to what is required for towing, better if vehicle had been delivered with options selected already on the vehicle as requested and some confusion as to what is required for towing, these are things the sales person should have knowledge about and not rely on customer to know. All problems were managed very nicely. Overall we were quite pleased and would certainly suggest this dealership to friends and family. On another note, it would be more approprite to go over the vehicle first before signing of the papers, because you are signing papers saying that the vehicle has all the options and is in the condition you expect and you do not know this until expecting it yourself. Just makes the signing more legitimate and practical. More
My initial buying decision was primarily about price (you guys had a great price from the get go and I didn't have to bother with all the haggling) and for my wife it was about convenience (primarily proximi guys had a great price from the get go and I didn't have to bother with all the haggling) and for my wife it was about convenience (primarily proximity of the dealership to our home) and selection. I was rear-ended and brought the car to O'Neill Collision Repair since I didn't know where else to go. (I had purchased the car from O'Neill one year prior.) The staff was very helpful and called me with a Repair since I didn't know where else to go. (I had purchased the car from O'Neill one year prior.) The staff was very helpful and called me with an estimate, then let me know the other person's insurance had cleared/approved everything. My only request would have been to get a status update. I had completed the paperwork on Tuesday and was told I would hear in a day or two, but it wasn't until Friday that I was called and told my car was ready to be picked up. More

O'Neill Honda is an outstanding dealership and business in every way. This purchase is the 7th new Honda we have purchased from them, and it will not be the last. We have dealt with many salespeople, and they are all professionals and easy to work with. Jason Dodd has processed the financial arrangements for each of the seven cars, and he, and the quality/selection of Honda automobiles, are the reason we return to O'Neill when ready for a new car. Jason is a professional in every way...smart, organized, efficient and a great guy! He is great asset to a great dealership. Our trips to the service department are rare and only for scheduled maintenance. The department is efficient, and the staff members are all pleasant and accomodating. More
I had never received my service coupon book in the mail prior to the service visit but Dale took care of the issue and it was as if I had taken the coupon in with me. As a new graduate O Neill Honda went out of their way to make sure I was getting the best value in my price range. They came up with a great deal for me on a Honda Civic that no other dealer in Kansas City make sure I was getting the best value in my price range. They came up with a great deal for me on a Honda Civic that no other dealer in Kansas City could provide. At no point did they try to push anything that was out of my price range. I would recommend O Neill to anybody looking for genuine, good service. They know their customers and are beyond accommodating to any situation. More
People ask me if I like my "new" used honda. And I wish I could say I love it but I'm very disappointed with the car. It sounded great when I bought it because it had gone through a very "thorough" testing and everything was "certified". Well I don't know how they missed the rough drive and issues with the down shift in the car. It jerks when I let off the gas and or step on the brake. The doors get stuck for no reason. One day they work and the next day they're broken. Just like the weather in Kansas, if you wait awhile it will change. The tires make really bad noises at higher speeds so you can't have the windows rolled down because they are not balanced right. The brakes are squeaking and there some noise under the engine when I start the car in the morning that sounds awful but I haven't figured that one out yet. So no, I'm not impressed with the car, the "certified" sticker or the dealership in taking care of it. I brought the car in to get serviced on the door handle which was clearly broken and they told me all the other problems were not anything they could fix. My old chevy venture rode better than this car and that was a piece of junk at 170,000 miles. My bubble has been bursted about Hondas. I took it into the body shop because the bumper already had a broken liner on it which I had to duct tape until it got fixed. They did a nice job. I had told several peo0ple about my concerns but not one person said "that doesn't sound right. Let's take a look at it." They all shrugged at me and went on. I would have thought Honda had better customer service but I'm seeing through that as well. I will take it to my service guys at NTB to find out what is really going on before I bring it back to be serviced at the dealership. More
Chuck was extremely friendly. In fact I had made the appointment with another service rep and upon entering I saw Chuck who went to school with my brother-in-law. The other service rep (who was busy) graciously handed me off to Chuck and I was able to begin the process several minutes early. The check-out was every as easy and friendly as the service. More
