oil change too long We brought both of our vehicles in for oil changes on Friday may 29. We had and appointment for 1:30 and arrived at 1:00. We were checked in quickly, but that is where the quickness ended. neither vehicle was even looked at until almost 2:30 and we didn't get checked out until 3:00. If you aren't going to honor appointments, why even have them. We shouldn't have to wait for two hours to have a simple oil change. More

Unfortunately, both of my recent visits were over two and half hours. The first visit was estimated at one and a half to two hours, it was two and a half. The second visit lasted three hours. I had no clue it was going to take that long. The people I spoke with were knowledgeable and easy to understand, not too much jargon. If I recommend this department to friends, I'll warn them to have back up escape plans or to bring their chargers. More
