Always looking out!!! I bought my 2010 Jeep at Lee's Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and have been returning to their service department for my regular maintenance. They alm I bought my 2010 Jeep at Lee's Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and have been returning to their service department for my regular maintenance. They almost always remember me. And when I'm strapped, they help me decide which maintenance I need now and what can wait until next time. I usually wait at the dealership for my oil changes/maintenance to be done...because, it's almost always done in under an hour, sometimes sooner. I don't feel like I'm being priced gouged on anything. I really, genuinely like this place and the people there!!! More

Above Average....but one problem My car needed a new radio and screen. Repair was done quickly...BUT...since this is a Sirius radio, it needs a Subscription. My existing Subscriptio My car needed a new radio and screen. Repair was done quickly...BUT...since this is a Sirius radio, it needs a Subscription. My existing Subscription was not transferred to the new radio. Now, after spending 30 minutes on the phone with Sirius people, I cannot get the radio to 'update'. I am missing a bunch of radio stations I should have. Sirius people have no idea what might be the problem. Very frustrating to say the least. j wood More

They made it happen. We went there in our 2007 Suburban with an engine that was going out, and left in a 2015 Dodge Durango. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Plus They didn't try to put me in something I couldn't afford, I was the one telling them I wanted more options in the Durango and they made it happen.
