Service was slow I went to the service depart for the 'Express Lane' oil change. I was told it would take between 45 minutes to an hour. So I waited. My truck wasn't even taken back to be worked on for almost an hour and 45 minutes. So much for Express or being told an accurate wait time.Very disappointed in the experience. More

Oil change and tire rotation on 2012 Ram The time to complete the service was great. Didn't like grease on the inside and the outside of the driver side door. Need to wipe down the underside of vehicle after the oil change. Needs to be some additional training on cleanness of customers vehicles after service is completed. This is not the first time on this issues. The vehicle is a 2012 Ram with 24,000 miles. More

While the initial inspection was being made we took the opportunity to look at new pickup trucks. The sales consultant was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and made sure we got answers to all our questions. No purchase was made at that time as this was just a scouting trip since we were already there. More
