When they changed their management, their name, service, and other things; it was time for a change for us as well (as in bye bye). In the process of looking for a newer vehicle, my family and I found out that a friend was a salesperson at Lee's Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. After looking online and finding a potential truck, we contacted Liz Fisher to see when she would be there. Well the truck I wanted had already been sold, much to my sadness. But Liz showed us a few more trucks that I liked and to make a long story short, I purchased a newer truck. Unlike other places I visited, I wasn't pushed or harassed into buying it. She didn't go and get her sales manager to ask them about the vehicle in question, even though her main expertise is in Jeeps. It was a real pleasant experience compared to the other dealerships that my family and I have went too. As for the service and professionalism, Liz is a great salesperson and I along with the rest of my family will be back. Which my father already has, to get his truck a recall and warranty work done.
