Normally they're pretty good but they dropped the ball on my last service big time I brought my 2016 Dodge ram pickup in Thursday afternoon and dropped it off for a Friday morning service appointment my appo my last service big time I brought my 2016 Dodge ram pickup in Thursday afternoon and dropped it off for a Friday morning service appointment my appointment time was 7:45 Friday morning to have the oil changed the fuel filter changed a check engine light fixed and my automatic door locks fixed I stopped by there on my way home from work at 3:30 in the afternoon and my truck was still sitting outside and they hadn't done anything to it yet Missy shanahan was very apologetic and went back there and got on them to get the oil and fuel filter changed I do not consider any of this her fault but I was not happy with the quality of the service this time I realize I'm not the only customer and stuff happens but if they want an honest review this is an honest review I will still go to them for service in the future I do not expect any special treatment or discounts I am just telling it as it happened More
