The female service manager and her underling service advisor are the rudest people on earth. I WAS A MULTIPLE TIME "customer of the month" because of the number of times I had work done there and the way I treated them. I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership and ALWAYS TREATED THEM VERY WELL. Since Matt left and Greg(who is a AWESOME and a great person to deal with) was moved up the hill the service intake process has gone to xxxx. I USED to use this shop for ALL my vehicles ALL FOUR of my children's vehicles and recommend this place to ANYONE and EVERYONE who asked or needed a place to get work done. Not ever again now. Drew M. is a great mechanic and a great person but not if you have to be treated like crap by the female service manager and her underling service advisor... BEWARE!!! More
