Patrick was a very pleasant person to work with, he answered all of our questions and gave his straightforward answers with no BS. The wife and I just bought our 4'th vehicle with McCloskey! McCloskey is a wonderful dealer. The selection is huge, the staff is friendly, and the process is just down right enjoyable! McCloskey is actually the McCloskey is a wonderful dealer. The selection is huge, the staff is friendly, and the process is just down right enjoyable! McCloskey is actually the first used dealer to win the JD Power Award. WOW! We saw a crest that looked like a family crest in the finance manager's office. When my wife asked if it was a family crest Josh (our finance guy) smiled, and explained that it represented the dealer's core values. Rather than write down core values that employees would forget, Joe McCloskey (who I've met, he wanders around his dealership from time to time) decided on this innovative symbolism to get his team on board. Josh explained that Joe worked with the team every year to set goals and create the crest. Awesome! On this 4'th visit, we were trading in a 2008 Lincoln MKX. Not only did our sales guy Mitch beat any other trade in offers from other dealers, he was friendly and kind throughout the whole experience. He brought a clip-board out to our trade in, and wrote down every single feature from the auto-opening tailgate to the air-conditioned front seats. He assured us that he wanted to know every feature to help us get the best value we could. My wife LOVES her new 2018 vehicle equipped with 4WD for the harsh Colorado Winters, and we were happy to say goodbye to her old 2WD car. Our sales guy Mitch actually moved all of our stuff from the old car to the new car while we did paperwork with Josh. He even put the air fresheners back into the same vents in the new car where they sat in the old car. He plugged in the USB charger cable, and moved our documentation into the new glovebox. It was freezing out, and he even took the time to start the car and turn on the heated seats 5 minutes before we finished our paperwork. We didn't have to lift a finger! Meanwhile while Mitch was going above and beyond with the new car, the finance manager Josh was putting together our options. He presented multiple payments, some with included maintenance plans and warranty coverage, and others without. He gave us a line item breakdown showing some of the negative equity we were financing, our interest rate, taxes and registration, and the vehicle cost minus trade in and pay off. I knew 100% what I was getting into, because Josh explained everything, and patiently answered any questions my wife and I had. I bought my first car at McCloskey with a very small down payment while I was still a college student, and bought my 4'th car with them as a college graduate with much better credit and a larger down payment. I felt like a VIP all 4 times. At my financial lowpoint, and my financial highpoint, I was treated respectfully as an equal. Rich or poor, fat or thin, crossover or hybrid, these guys will make your day. Check them out! More

Questionable Tactics Poor negotiation And pricing tactics. Would not give price for vehicle prior to visiting dealership. Once there, took a test drive and finally was given a price. Vehicle was overpriced!! When countering their offer they came with a higher price, of nearly $1000, because vehicle had an option package that they did not include in the initial price! NOW WAY OVERPRICED!! They would not budge in pricing as “we had to put $2000 into the vehicle to get it up to our standards “. AGAIN, NOT MY PROBLEM!! I would recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle!!! Salesman was friendly and helpful, but that was the only positive thing I experienced. More
