This is the second time we get a car from McCurley Honda, and the first time we did Albert was the one that sold us the Civic. My experience with Santiago has been nothing less than exceptional. I was looking for a car that would help me feel safe on the highway while commuting to work during the weekdays. He approached me in the McCurley Honda used car lot and was genuine in his approach to find me a vehicle that best suited my needs. During our time together, he was very thoughtful and asked a lot of questions that got me thinking about what features were most important to me in a car. We went through a lot of new and used car options before I had my heart set on a Honda Civic. When I decided on which vehicle I was going to purchase (A 2020 Honda Civic Ex), I inquired about trading in one of my old vehicles for credit. He helped me through that process as well and even drove me to my place to pick it up. After he dropped me off and headed back out to the dealership, I tried to start my trade-in car and to my dismay, its battery had died! Upon hearing this, Santiago not only drove back to my home, but helped me push my car to a place he could jump start it. He got it running in no time and even followed me to the dealership to ensure I made it back safely. Once we returned, I received a generous amount for my trade-in and drove home in an amazing new car. Santiago delivers an unmatched level of customer service. He provided me with an experience that I will remember forever and made the buying process fun. Whenever I asked a question he was unsure about, he didn't pretend to know everything.
