I have bought 5 cars in the past from dealerships around the state. This has always involved a lot of research and talks with sales representatives, mostly in the Puget Sound area. I have plain and simple n the state. This has always involved a lot of research and talks with sales representatives, mostly in the Puget Sound area. I have plain and simple never encountered a less professional sales team that that of Stewart Subaru in Yakima. I had a cashiers check in hand and was excited to buy a car but not only were the secretive about their pricing (no price tags in the window) but there were children's clothes and a diaper bag in the car I was particularly interested in. very odd, but they brushed it off. Once they finally brought back prices they turned out to about $3k over-priced compared to other Washington Subaru dealerships and when I began feeling out negotiation potential they simply said goodbye. Not a "thanks for coming in", or anything. Then the salesman proceeded to talk negatively about us. Sad. I will not recommend them as a dealer to anyone I know. I hope they mature as a sales staff and realize that insulting customers is not the way to make a deal or keep anyone interested in coming back. Avoid them at all costs! More
